A certified quality system means: we set ourselves rules, we have established quality standards for our products, we have monitored our chain of production (document management, purchas1ng, production process, sales, personnel, customer serv1ce, logistics, controls) on the basis of international standards, now formalised in a quality system (manual, procedures, registration forms) which is the "Document" at the disposal of the Certification Authority (who has verified compliance with the requirements of our system and their actual applicat1on) and of all our customers in the Audit process (venfication inspections).
